Any book that makes me cry more than once is an automatic 5 stars ! My poor baby Shannon, my heart literally ACHES for her omg. No one should have to go through what she went through… at any age, and especially not at her age. But Johnny. Johnny, Johnny, Johnny.. his immediate instinct to protect her from day one!!! I LOOOVE <3
