This book floored me! I knew about this case but the depth of how far Ruby Franke was in a cult amazed me! I also had feelings about her dad after watching the Hulu documentary but now I feel even stronger about his involvement. He tries to play like he was manipulated but he took part in abusing his children and should be punished for that. I'm glad Shari is moving forward with her life and I hope more changes come to family vloggers.
