I wasn't looking for anything deep or long but something short, lighthearted and fun, as I have been busy and tired. As a Star Trek fan, this book got some giggles out of me here and there, not as many as I would have liked, but still, enough. It was a decent enough pick.

At the same time, it was also very flawed. It was impossible to ignore "x said"s. It was a bit too meta at times. Additionally, the book might not be ideal for people who aren't familiar with ST due to lack of setting and scene descriptions.
