canterburytales 's review for:
A Wedding in Lake Como
by Jennifer Probst
After their careers sent them in different directions, Ava, Maddie and Chelsea meet in Lake Como Italy for Ava's wedding. Fulfilling a pact they made at the same place when they were in college. a lot has happened since the pact and forgiveness will have to be given in order for the three to continue the friendship.
This story is written in dual timelines in Italy an New York during college. Told from Maddies POV in first person.
5 stars
This was my favorite book in this series so far. Jennifer Probst is becoming an auto buy author for me.
The characters were toxic at times but after a lot of self discovery and self realization they became relatable. Another sub plot that may have been missed is foregivness. Jennifer does such a good job with character development in her books. I feel I personally know these characters and it keeps me rooting for them. I cannot wait for the next book in this series.
