She has some interesting things to say. I found some of her suggestions to be helpful and informative. I was hoping for some more specific information such as how much protein etc. should a vegetarian or vegan eat. I do think some of her suggestions and recommendations are a bit far fetched (She avoids fruit and disagrees with fish oil.). I have read too many other things on both topics to be convinced to not take/eat them. In fairness, I didn't try any of her recipes so I am just rating this book on the text alone.
