A Plague of Zombies: An Outlander Novella by Diana Gabaldon

3.0

Despite the interesting setting there's not much of a point to this short story. The metaphorical snake-burden he's bearing isn't actually a metaphor for anything and no plot points or characters are carried over from or developed for other stories in his series. It's always fun to read along with Lord John, but I prefer it when he's actually going somewhere, so to speak.
