Everyone is gathered at Nantucket for one of the biggest weddings of the season between Benji Winbury and Celeste Otis. The wedding is being held at the Winbury estate called Summerland. However, on the morning of the wedding, the bride finds her maid of honor dead in the water. Everyone staying at Summerland is a suspect. There are alternating timelines as we go back in time to the days leading up to the wedding and also follow the murder investigation lead by Chief of Police Ed Kapenash. This was still a fun, beachy read with lots of family dysfunction and romance, but even better with the murder mystery twists. I really enjoyed the narration for the audio book, and it was still easy to follow both storylines.
