Heavenbreaker is an incredible sci-fi/fantasy read, full of anger, grief, and revenge. It follows Synali as she is given a unique opportunity to seek revenge upon the family who killed her mother, and tried to kill her. The storytelling is so intricate and detailed and the writing is gorgeous. The emotions felt by the characters are strong, and often heartwrenching. The world building was incredibly well done. I loved the slow burn romantic element. It built up emotions that I can’t wait to see explored in later books in this series.
