I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to be able to finish this book when I started it. More because it was really long and the first few chapters were a little slow. However, I really glad I didn't stop because the story continued to get better and better. It was sometimes hard to experience the arguments between Summer and Cole; the hurt that they felt when the other said or did something. But when they finally let their walls down and let each other in, you could almost actually feel the joining of their souls. I could picture the way he would look at her, like she was his everything. It made you want to be there to witness it. 4.5 stars
