Satantango by László Krasznahorkai

5.0

Mr. Krasznahorkai is an impressive Eastern European phantasmagoria all his own, judging from Satantango. Don’t let the single paragraph chapters scare you away. Let the bleak view of human nature do that instead. (After you finish the book, of course.) Now who’s up for the seven-hour Béla Tarr film adaptation?
