They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera
5.0

“Life isn’t meant to be lived alone. Neither are ends days.” Well this book was emotional, lovely and warming. It also made me think that no day is guaranteed so live life like your last ✨ Mateo & Rufus both get a call from Deathcast that today is their last day on earth. Last friend is an app created to meet other deckers who have received a call to say they will also die today. People meet and spend their last few hours with their ‘last friend.’ Mateo & Rufus meet and they spend the day getting to know each other, sharing their fears and life stories. I just loved the main characters and loved their relationship throughout the book. Rufus pushed Mateo out of his comfort zone and Mateo broke down Rufus and it was so cute✨ Although they both die at the die (clue is in the title), it was about how much life can be lived in one day. I absolutely loved this book. It made me laugh, cry and I’m so pleased I decided to borrow this from #borrowbox
