This was my first Elsie Silver book and it definitely will not be my last!

Summer is a spitfire who gives Rhett a run for his money. I instantly loved her spunk, and the witty banter between these two is perfect. Rhett is your typical rodeo cowboy, but his reputation isn’t a good reflection of the real Rhett Eaton. The raw emotion you see as Rhett and Summer get to know each other just pulls at your heart. Both of them have self doubt, and the way they support each other through all of that was beautiful. Rhett definitely made it to the top of my list with his protective nature, cowboy charm, and his filthy mouth! The spice was definitely there, but you have such a well written plot too. The perfect balance of both!

The Eaton fam is my new favorite! I was shaking with laughter at the banter between the boys and I can’t wait to get to know each of them in the following books of this series.
