This book has some really great advice on the importance of maintaining a steady sleep diet and the potential health impacts if you don't. I didn't particularly love the way that the book was written and I find their approach to expressing these warnings rather brutish. They use some scare tactics to drive their points home but its good information and it really is important enough that I can confidently call this an important book, albeit not the most pleasurable read. Some of my loved ones are either insomniacs or at least have bad sleep hygiene and even though they won't enjoy reading this I believe I'm going to have to gift it to them in hopes that they change their ways.
