let me preface my review by stating that i don't like BDSM books and i don't read many of them. if there are technical inaccuracies about the lifestyle in the book i'm unaware and cannot comment on that.
overall i thought the writing was good. i don't like when points of view change without some type of transition so that is one thing that did bother me in this book. it usually took a couple minutes to figure out who's head i was in.
i really liked daniel and jesse. i liked their relationship with each other and the witty banter between them. i didn't like how long it took for jesse's relationship with his wife to be explained. it distracted me from the story because i focused on it too much. while i don't fully understand the dom/sub i don't like how easily daniel accepted rafael's career or his transgressions. i'm on the fence about rafael. at times he seemed to really care about daniel and at other times he seemed to fit the bad rep he had. i didn't like george AT ALL until the very end. my curiosity is piqued for the next book which i'm assuming will be about him.
