I thought Wes and Ada were my favourite Rebel Blue couple, but no, Cam and Dusty have stolen my heart irrevocably! Their love was so beautiful to read, especially with the flashbacks to high school. It was clear how strongly they were pulled to each other, but their slow burn second chance romance also made sense. They had a history with family baggage and hurt feelings, but their love for each other couldn't be ignored. And the spice scenes were delectable! Dusty is by far the hottest Rebel Blue cowboy in bed!
I love how this book really showed off the ups and downs of their relationship and how they kept getting drawn back towards each other. It also included a lot of side characters and how important found family is. It even had beautiful sage advice from Amos Ryder (world's best dad in my opinion!), especially this one: "there's a reason that rearview mirrors are small and windshields are big."
