Summary: Work with your opposite* and understand where they are coming from. You may have different viewpoints, but accept them. Know your own strengths and weaknesses, and know your partner’s. Above all, be patient!!!

This book is very practical and gives tangible advice in the form of an easy to remember diagram (ABCDE). It can be read in a day, in fact, I read it in one sitting! The strategies given can be used if you have to do any sort of project with an opposite, or a person who is an extrovert if you are an introvert (and vice versa). My suggestion is to take time to answer all of the “questions to consider” at the end of each chapter because they will really benefit you. Enjoy this book, it is one of my favorites!
