this was so cute! a total romcom. the writing was pretty on par with the over-descriptiveness of the romance genre, but I didn't find it too cumbersome. I was invested with the fitness/running plot- the coach/client turned romance didn't have any gross power dynamic abuses or manipulation which I was thankful for; the romance felt genuine. overall, this was a fun, light hearted, fluffy romance. (*see content warnings though. light to moderate discussion of drug abuse as well as disordered eating)
