It took me a little bit to get into this book. The premise is a little cheesy but once the book picked up pace in terms of action, I really enjoyed it. I wasn't really scared while reading it but I noticed that I was a little wary near dark hallways and corners for a while after finishing the book.
I won't spoil what the "cunning, malevolent something on board with them" is... but it is pretty apparent from the get go. It's an interesting twist for an ocean book, I'll give it that.
