An interesting book about the way possession really works, versus our delusions about our rights to ownership. It's very much a law professor's slant on this topic, with plenty of lawyerly musings without definite solutions about how to address some ongoing problems. I particularly wished for more time spent and more concrete proposals about the insidious ways our legal system protects the very rich and fleeces the poor.
