In a Jam by Kate Canterbary
5.0
Kate Canterbary continues to write books that you just can't put down. She never fails to interject tough subjects and raw emotion into her stories but leaves you always wanting more. Shay returns to her hometown, but she never expected her high school sweetheart to still be there. Noah, also known as 'Daddy Bread Baker' now owns my heart with his dirty, scorching mouth. The way he treats Shay is revered and full of love; you can't help but hope for love like that one day. Gennie, to whom Noah is guardian, kills me with her hilarious zingers and no-filter mouth.
A single parent, modern marriage of convenience, small town, and second chances. This story brought me loads of laughs, and a few tears, However, one thing is for sure... YOU will love this book!
