Hook. Line. Sinker.
This is so along my line - the humor, the story, the characters, the art. Holey moley. *flails all around*
Edward and Alphonse are pushing my buttons like woha. At the moment Edward is my favourite (probably because there isn't that much of Alphonse yet) - the sacrifice for getting his brother back? Working relentless on finding a way of getting their old bodies back? The doubts he has after the Tucker murders? Protecting and being protected? ♥ (and the way he flips out when someone calls him small or a runt? XD)
Of the other characters I'm intrigued by Colonel Mustang and Lt. Hawkeye.
The story itself is pretty interesting. Even though - I feel like I'm missing stuff. The story just starts with no background on characters, worldbuilding and history and therefore some things made me go "huh" and *scratches head*. But the ending of Volume 3? AHHHHHHH! *need next part now*
What I also absolutely love? One of the main characters (Edward) wears an arm and a leg prosthesis. There is no shame/embarrassment/stigma to it and prosthesis maintainance is shown (not just for Edward but for a random character too). Just, so much love for this.
