A lot of this book was boring and served no purpose. You can see how reluctant I was to read because of how long it took me to finish this one. I wish it was a quarter of the length because that’s all I needed. Cal and Mare are driving me insane, and I wish that Evangeline had been given a personality in the first two books so I could enjoy her as a character.
