A very quick read, with a lot of ideas presented simply without being patronising. Would definitely be useful for those looking for ways to develop better habits. I personally didn't find it to useful and felt that sometimes the process of developing habits was so abstract from daily life that it felt overly aspiring. I think the most important aspect of the book was just at the end before the conclusion about how establishing habits is about creating an identity that is personal and meaning must be done so independent from a role, title, or 'noun'. This is implicit but I think valuable when thinking about the person you want to be or become.
