The obsession is unreal with this book. I've had a copy of Because You're Mine for years, but didn't read it until earlier this year when I was on a bit of a mafia romance kick. And that kicked the need to read more of Claire Contreras mafia world and ta daaaaaaa, we got a second book, Because I Need You. And I absolutely loved it just as much, possibly more, than Because You're Mine.

So, we have:
- mafia romance
- arranged marriage
- fantastic banter
- some pretty great chemistry right from the very beginning.

Because I Need You was simply one of those books that I loved and couldn't stop re-reading.

Isabel is thrown into a world that she has been protected from and navigating the waters of this arranged marriage that was set years ago. And with being in a relationship already, she has simply been settling for what's right in front of her.

Now that they're forced to be around each other, Isobel and Gio are constantly fighting the push toward each other. But walls come down quickly and they are just so open with each other, I love it. Isabel doesn't make it easy for Gio at all and it's quite the tease. But it really shows what Gio is willing to do to get what he wants.

I would say the mafia aspect is lighter than others out there, but if you've read the first book in the series, you should already know what to expect.

I'm a fan, there's no doubt about that, and I'll forever want more from this series!
