I went into this book with low expectations because I saw many reviews of disappointed readers but turns out I really liked it!
The premise was really interesting as well as Theo’s investigation on Alicia’s past.
At a certain point I was wondering what the side plotline existed for since I couldn’t find any link to the main story and I found it quite disconnected, but at the end WOW.
I hadn't seen coming the plot twist and it really shocked me!
I also loved the ending although I found the part were Alicia, drugged with morphine, manages to write a short story, really far-fetched and pretty unrealistic.
