holy moly what a rollercoaster! i loved how this mirrored the classic tropes of a slasher film and it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. it was fast paced and full of twists, some of which i saw coming but some that knocked me on my ass in the best way. it certainly goes in a weird direction from the first half to the second but I wasn't too mad about it. overall it was really fun and the deaths all made me actually sad which is what you want from a slasher book.
