There's definitely some mixed review out there on this one but I found it to be very sweet.  Virginia is very obviously a proud mom of a rockstar so she is of course a bit biased on the subject of raising rockstars.  It was a very endearing listen and I enjoyed many of the stories, I think Mary Morello was my favorite.  The audiobook is extra endearing because it is read by the author (with a foreword by Dave Grohl and a conversation between him and his mom at the end).
