I'm not going to lie, I was unsure of this book at first. I might just not be hip enough to hang with the kids, as I'm still quite apprehensive about this whole influencer thing. I honestly don't understand how it works, or why people consume influencer content. I also am an avid gym-avoider.
I did however pick this up, and I am glad I did! The awkwardness of finding out your hot nemesis (who doesn't even know he is your nemesis) that you maybe made out with, is your new step... Cousin...? Maybe? It doesn't matter. It's weird, but in a funny and lighthearted way. Scott is funny and charismatic, Albus Doodledore is everything, and Crystal is, at times, heartbreakingly realistic.
Overall, a pretty great book!
