93/100 This was absolutely amazing just like the first one
Well, it took me a while to finish this, but that had nothing to do with the book itself. I went through a very bad period in my life and I just couldn't really force myself to read for a while, so I just didn't. I would feel bad if I would just tried to finish is for the sake of finishing it and not for me loving it. Because it was damn amazing! I do have to say that I think this second book was more centered around the plot than the first one, which centered mainly on the characters. So that might be a reason why I did feel like I loved the first one just that little bit more?
But, it was great! I loved how they kept throwing new mysteries for us and The Raven Boys (and Blue) to try to solve and how they always dealt with it together. My love for Gansey grew in this book and he is for sure a new bookish boyfriend. How happy I would be to have a boy like that IRL, how perfect would that be?
I did feel like I liked Adam more in the first one, but I still love him he's just adorable. Also, how great was it to finally read from Ronans perspective and getting to know him a lot better? I loved that!
I'm so glad I started reading this series and I can't wait to start the third one, which I heard is a lot of peoples favorite one.
