If you’re a fan of Throne of Glass and Powerless, then you will love Blackthorn! A very well written, easy to follow story that I was fully immersed in. I literally read this in one day, I couldn’t put it down! What more do you need in a fantasy book than a stabby FMC, golden retriever MMC, an old crone, lies and betrayal, and slow burn? This book has it all! I am left with questions and unresolved feelings, but I can’t wait for the next book and the answers it holds. This is my first encounter with Emily Eve, and I can’t wait to dive in for more!
