This book was a wild ride.
From the first sentence to the last, I was reading in disbelief. The absurdity of the plot was refreshing. I liked how each step of the way was full of struggles. Everything DID go wrong. The characters were also hilarious and so? randomly put together? I loved it. It was a mess but a beautiful mess. I was send laughing every few pages because of something Glen would say or just the awkwardness of every situation. Milo was so serious in every situation that it made everything funnier. It was just a great time. A notable thing about this book is the distinct lack of romance! I think it would have been really unnecessary in this book and I liked the fact that Amber wasn't looking to fall in love while on the run. If you are looking for an easy refreshing read, but still want to have a magical aspect to it, I recommend picking this up!
