A fitting end to this duology. Some things aren’t wrapped up at the end, but you can definitely read between the lines to figure out how they get resolved.
Can you see the main twist of this book a mile away? Yes. Does it still make you want to read to see how exactly it’ll play out? Yes.
Not a bad Rumplestiltskin retelling, but not something I would choose to read over and over again. I do like the themes of family and found family in this though. Not a waste of time to pick it up.
