I loved the concept for this novel, but the characters and plot fell flat for me. I think multiple narrators would have helped develop the characters a bit more. Overall, they were bland and made the sci-fi alternative world more unbelievable. I found myself caring more about Trevor and Natalie's relationship over the main love triangle.
