Glimmers of You by Catherine Cowles
4.0

“Caden hadn’t said those three little words yet, but he didn’t need to. They were in his eyes. In his every action. And I felt them down to my bones.”

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness! Catherine Cowles does it again with another hair-raising, swoon-tastic, small-town romantic suspense! Readers have been anxiously awaiting Grae Hartley’s HEA ever since her introduction in Whispers of You! The only woman of five siblings, Grae has always been protected by her four brothers, especially after a health scare in high school. Grae is a vehemently independent woman who doesn’t put up with nonsense or coddling. Caden has always been close with the Hartley family, especially Nash and Grae, the girl who had always seen him and his kind heart. Family tragedy changed Caden forever and clouded his judgment when it came to Grae. After a decade of distance, the animosity between them thaws as they are thrown together time and again. I loved the ferocity with which Grae & Caden protected each other. I was smitten with Grae and Caden’s sizzling chemistry, snarky banter, and soulmate energy. Their friendship was endearing, but their love story will dissolve your heart. From the heart-wrenching prologue to the epilogue, Catherine sends readers on another emotional rollercoaster full of gripping twists and turns.

Erin Mallon & Joe Arden were perfectly cast as Grae & Caden. This swoony duo is one of my very favorite narrator teams, and when they narrate Catherine’s stories the final product is pure magic! Erin brings a delightful blend of wit, snark, and sweetheart in her portrayal of Grae. Joe is fantastic as Caden; his performance as the brilliant, rich businessman with a heart of gold is utterly charming. Glimmers of You is a riveting, low-angst, passionate love story.
