Postern of Fate by Agatha Christie
1.0

The beginning was intriguing, a message found in a book saying "Mary Jordan didn't die naturally..." I think from that place it could have been something fairly good. The reality though is this is a big muddle of a book, the plot meanders and you get conversations (many) that are difficult to follow. I was always going to read this book because it's the last from Agatha Christie and it is Tommy and Tuppence as a retired couple (I almost feel like I saw them grow up). The flaw of the T&T series is muddled spy action; now, sometimes it works marvelously like in [b:N or M?|102313|N or M? (Tommy and Tuppence, #3)|Agatha Christie|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1295677628s/102313.jpg|631927], but most of the time it's hard to understand something when it is 'oh so mysterious', but really is a big McGuffin with no beginning or end. Of all the T&T series, I think this is the worst.
