This is the type of book that feels like it was written for exactly me. On the surface it's about two friends who make video games, but of course it's really about life, death, relationships, what we mean to each other, what really matters, what does love mean and look like, etc. I loved all the characters and their flaws, and as a "casual" gamer, I loved the video games and references too, although I don't think you need to know anything about games to read and love this. One of my favorite books of the year.
