Weird but good.

I did anticipate that the stories told were all connected to the main character, but the path it took was completely left field for me. It's a very graphic book that sucks you in from page one - I caught myself reading with my mouth open, reading with a confused expression of disgust, awe, and fascination.

This was a recommendation from a friend, and this is also my first horror/thriller genre book - did not disappoint at all. It was a weird and confusing introduction to horror, but I have a pretty open mind to this sort of stuff, and I think that's important if you want to read this novel.
