Wowza! Welcome back to the musical world that Ms. Rowe has created!
This is the story of bandmates, best friends, and the spark of more!
This is Ruby and Kendrick's story, and what a swoonfest it is.
Kendrick is the golden retriever hero with a dose of doberman, and I was all over that like a bad rash! This poor fella has been hiding his feelings for years! He had a front row seat to all of Ruby's shenanigans with men, and Kendrick didn't know what to do.
Ruby has a bad picker. She says so herself, she has been unlucky in the boyfriend department, and boy does it bite her in the backside (not in a good way...).
Hidden feelings, huge miscommunications, and bad timing abound in this stellar story.
It was fantastic seeing other characters from past stories make their appearances; it brings a well-rounded storyline to fruition.
Totally can be read as a standalone, but do yourself a favor, after devouring this story, get your hands on all of Ms. Rowe's books, you will be all the better for it.
