What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty
4.0

Such a fun read. Moriarty has an original, quirky, catty kind if writing style that I really enjoyed. I loved the book right up to the last chapter, at which point I was unsure if she would end the book the right way. I'm glad to report that she did, in fact, end it the right way. I nearly cried when Alice thinks, "...all the years of hurt and joy, bad times and good times, seemed to fuse into a feeling that she knew was so much stronger, more complex and real, than any of those first fledgling feelings..." Spot on, Liane. I have often thought the very same thing about my sweet husband and the relationship that we've shared for close to 20 years.
