Blood of the Stars is well written with an intricate plot and a wealth of characters that have deeply set motivations. This book takes you on an 800 page journey of some dark places with really tense scenes. There is substantial world building, but it happens in an exciting way that makes you want to continue reading. If you’re looking for an epic world to get lost in, this is a great choice.
