My Inventions by Nikola Tesla

4.0

" The progressive development of man is vitally dependent on invention. It is the most important product of his creative brain. Its ultimate purpose is the complete mastery of mind over the material world, the harnessing of the forces of nature to human needs."

One of the greatest minds in human history, Nikola Tesla writes about his inspirational journey through his life and scientific career. He speaks descriptively about his innovative ideas and, of course, his inventions. Full of amusing anecdotes about his personal life and paragraphs consisting of articulate and intellectual thoughts. The explanations of his complex ideas and projects required an ample amount of attention and possibly a re read. As someone who aspires to be an engineer myself, this book has inspired me in a lot of ways, as expected.
