I liked the story, but its one of those new types where it is a serial not a trilogy.. so it doesn't end in a cliff hanger .. it just endswith out you knowing what happened. I am not a fan of those and if someone would have said so in their oh so happy reviews I might not have read it. I honestly don't know if I will read the next installment when its published. I wasn't a huge fan of Ripley. I thought she was pretty dumb for someone who was a bit of prepper. she wasn't an end of the world prepper how ever .. just a, what if there was a serious hurricane type prepper. Even knowing that I thought she was slow on the uptake of things. very very slow.
