Good storytelling and easy to follow without having read the first two. However, it is was impossible to ignore that Louise moving Alex's body (without leaving obvious signs of the same) was completely unbelievable. Additionally, and maybe this is a cultural difference, it seems extremely unlikely that police would investigate a murder any further than finding a body, murder weapon, and suspect who lied about both.
