when I first got a copy of the book I was so worried that I wouldn't get it and it couldn't be read as a stand alone. But that quickly changed. It wasn't confusing at all and though you know that something big happened in the first book, you quickly find your way and fall in love with the character.
I almost finished the book in one sitting but, I have online school it's that good. The author has a good knowledge of her characters and their back stories are very intriguing, you immediately wanna know more.
Suspense? Off the roof!and you are left in a constant cycle of 'and then what' .The plot is amazing, You think you have all the pieces and then something else happens.
Leaves you at a cliff hanger though can't wait for the next book to be released. I know good things take time but not too long I hope.
