I received this audiobook from NetGalley in exchange for a review. I felt the premise and characters have been done before in other books and there wasn’t anything unique to separate itself from an oversaturated market. The ending itself felt a bit like a throwaway since there didn’t seem to be a lot of hints to tie it all together and make it plausible. Perhaps I missed some as I listened to the book instead of reading. That said, I enjoyed the book, especially the narrator, but it wasn’t a stand out to me.
