This is a relatable story filled with family interaction, personal growth, and climate science.
I didn’t know what to expect when I began reading. Would it just be memoir-like stories? Would it be climate facts? It is the perfect blend of both. Knowing the family story gives the book a relatability that science sometimes misses. Their family shows the reader how the climate crisis can affect and influence an individual life.
The present a future in which the individual cannot make change without change to our governments and systems but also the individual is powerful and influential.
This book is a call to action.
