I loved this book. Does it seem simplistic in nature? At times, absolutely. But I feel like that is the point. We forget that things don’t have to be complicated to be wonderful and beautiful. Forcing art and creative endeavors for the sake of getting it done rarely gets us closer to the end result. But if we’re willing to take a moment and be open to new possibilities, inspiration can come from anywhere at any time.
Things we should already know, right? But how many times do we actually forget it or just ignore it press on?
That’s why its home is on my writing desk for those time I need some little bits of wisdom and encouragement.
