The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown

5.0

I loved this book, so much so that I started out listening to the audiobook and immediately knew I wanted the hard copy to go back through and mark up. Brene's ideas aren't always revelations but she approaches deep-seated notions like shame, comparison to others, and gratitude with fresh eyes that focus on living life as fully as possible, without getting too sappy or woo-woo.
