LOVED this book. I don’t typically go for new releases without reading reviews but I was intrigued by the description and was not disappointed.
If you like a “who done it” murder mystery with twists and turns and tropes galore this is a fun read for you.
I personally was able to figure out a plot twist or two before it was revealed but there were also some pleasant surprises. This also had MAJOR slow burn vibes and the fact that the “payoff” for that was so minimal made me knock my rating down a bit because I want that sweet sweet romance
I really enjoyed the book. The layers and layers of discoveries were so fun. Because the book took its time, the climax had so much happen it felt jarring but I think that was the intention.
