Not a super big fan. I really didn't like how Ben kept on pushing his boundaries with Jack, even after Jack had made it clear that he thought it would be inappropriate to pursue a relationship with a kid's guardian. It just made Ben seem incredibly selfish for putting Jack's job and reputation on the line for his attraction (even though Jack was also attracted to him). Jack telling him that flirting was a bad idea should've been respected.
I feel like Jack on the other hand was relatively well written. The way he eventually gives in to his feelings, the push and pull of attraction vs duty, his generally caring nature was delightful to read.
Milo though felt like he was written to be a plot driver? I feel like he was generally there to either be emotional or weirdly insightful. Maybe 11-year olds really do act like that, who knows?
